CHILDREN MEALS POLICY
- Maximum 1(one) children under 7 (seven) years old FOC
- Maximum 1 (one) children up to 7 (seven) to 12 years old is 50 (fifty) off the meal rate
- Children meal policy applicable for buffet meal and accompanied by parents
CHECK-OUT TIME/CHECK IN TIME
- Check-out time is at 12:00 noon, late check-out until 18:00 will be charged 50% additionally from contract rate, and late check-out more than 18:00 will be charged fully.
- Check in time at 14,00
- The reservation should be on the paper: facsimile/email/letter accepting here in Villa Karang Hotel & Restaurant, Gili Air at least 30 (thirty) days before the date of checking-in for the low season, and 45 (forty five) days for the high season.
- Every booking should follow by client details such name of the participants, number of participants, arrival date, departure date, and citizen.
- Once we received your reservation then we will email you the booking confirmation which will include passenger’s details, dates, rates, and any included services. Also an invoice attached along with the confirmation letter.
- FIT normal season less than 3 (three) days prior to arrival, 1 (one) night room charge will be applied
- FIT high & peak season within 14 (fourteen) days prior arrival, 1 (one) night room charge will be applied
- Group cancellation must be advised by 30 (thirty) days prior to the arrival date to avoid the group cancellation fee (total rooms booked x total room nights)
- The cancellation should be on the paper at least 3(three) days before the arrival date of the low season and 14(fourteen) days for the high season. Otherwise all the served rooms will be charged fully.
- In the event that the individual does not arrive, the tour operator shall be held responsible for the payment equivalent of full length of stay
- If any failure of the reservation amount, it will be fully charged from the expected amount of the confirmed reservation.
